How do I earn Gonk-O-Ween costumes and Treats?

Visit up to five other player bases and five outskirts homes each day for two Treats each. The opening pumpkin event gives C1-MNST4 at 75 progress; its four sequential goals take 450 total. Six costumes are Treat shop purchases and DJ B0017 comes in the 800 V-Bucks bundle.

Finish both daily visit routes and save Treats for your chosen costume. Deliver pumpkin pieces to claim event progress.

When to play and when to spend your Treats

The month-long Treat hunt and the opening pumpkin event have separate clocks. Finishing the pumpkin event does not end trick-or-treating, and the shop stays open for a further week after Treat earning ends.

These are the schedules configured in update 1.33.0. A live availability check has not been recorded. Pacific daylight saving time ends on November 1: 20:00 UTC is 1:00 PM PDT on October 3 and noon PST on November 1 and November 8.

The bundle description says October 31. The earning deadline above follows the game’s November 1, 20:00 UTC timestamp; check the in-game countdown if that description changes.

Build a daily trick-or-treat route

Visit up to 5 other players’ bases and 5 outskirts homes each day. Each successful visit pays 2 Treats, so the two routes together pay up to 20 Treats a day before a bundle bonus.

Your own base does not count, and you cannot use the same home or player base twice in the same day. The two five-visit allowances are separate, so do both routes rather than using all your time on one.

Hold Interact for 3 seconds at each Treat station. There are 17 configured outskirts sites, with six homes active at a time.

A progress bar appears above your head while you hold Interact. The effect is configured for 3.25 seconds and ends on completion. Collecting your Treats plays a purple Level Up effect for 2 seconds, visible to other players.

Visit messages stay on screen for 5 seconds. A used outskirts station disappears with a shrink-and-smoke effect: the shrink takes 0.35 seconds, and its smoke is configured to last 5 seconds.

6 outskirts homes can be active at once. Used homes return after 60 to 180 seconds. The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC.

Smash a pumpkin, then bring its piece back

The opening MNST4 Chopper event is a delivery loop. Break a pumpkin, pick up its carryable piece, then take that piece to the event drop-off. Breaking the pumpkin alone does not complete the hand-in. Delivering it grants a generation-based Credit reward and sends a matching finish wave onto the conveyor.

There are 8 ordinary pumpkins. The separate Mega Pumpkin starts at Saturday, 3 October 2026, 20:30 UTC (Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific) and returns every 30m 00s during this weekend.

Progress follows the finish of the piece you deliver: Galactic is worth 1, Stellar 2 and Kyber 3. A larger pumpkin is more likely to give a higher finish, but size alone does not determine its progress.

Each hand-in pays 80 seconds of your base income, with a minimum of 800 Credits. The conveyor wave checks eligible unsold blueprints at a 10% conversion chance each, with no guaranteed conversion; a wave can leave every blueprint unchanged.

World Missions continue during MNST4 Chopper. You can keep earning their rewards while taking part in the pumpkin event.

Deal some damage and stay within 5.12 metres when the pumpkin breaks to receive your own piece. The final hitter picks theirs up automatically; other nearby contributors have a piece queued to collect.

Bring your piece within 5.12 metres of the event drop-off to hand it in.

Handing in a pumpkin piece applies an orange glow to your player. The effect is configured to last 1.5 seconds; the delivery sequence clears it after 2 seconds.

The matching conveyor surge uses 30–50-second shared intervals and an 8-second cinematic. Halloween lighting, music, pumpkin hit and shatter effects, carryable pieces and turn-in effects give this weekend its own presentation.

During the opening or first-time join sequence, the Gonk-O-Ween reveal waits 17.5 seconds before appearing for 5 seconds.

The closing cinematic wait changes from 60 → 15 seconds. Your HUD is hidden during the closing sequence and restored afterward. A coming-soon teaser appears after 10 seconds and stays on screen for 5 seconds.

The finish percentages describe the pumpkin’s piece selection. They are not the odds of receiving a milestone reward: each milestone below has a fixed reward.

The Mega Pumpkin has its own rewards

The Mega Pumpkin is a separate 6,000-HP target. Its health changes from 4,000 → 6,000 HP. The first scheduled spawn is Saturday, 3 October 2026, 20:30 UTC (Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific), followed by a spawn every 30 minutes until MNST4 Chopper ends. These are shared event times; joining late does not start a new 30-minute countdown.

Deal some damage to qualify for all five currency rewards when the crate breaks. You do not have to be the final hitter, and the currency award has no nearby-distance requirement. These rewards arrive together; they are not five possible prizes competing in one roll.

Each contributor gets 600 seconds of base income, with a minimum of 6,000 Credits, plus 4 Nova Crystals, 800 base Upgrade Chips, 3 Kyber Crystals and 2 base Treats. Eligible party and event bonuses modify the chip payout. The Gonk-O-Ween Bundle doubles the Treat payout to 4.

Base Treats per contributor: 0 → 2. The other four currency rewards retain their previous amounts.

The crate also scatters shared blueprints: at least 2, up to 6, following the number of players in the lobby. Those are shared pickups; dealing damage does not reserve a blueprint for every contributor. Each blueprint rolls its rarity and finish separately, then picks a droid uniformly from the matching rarity.

The spawn is configured to launch players within 10.24 metres. Its blueprints scatter within 5 metres over 1.5 seconds, with a configured arc height of 10.24 metres.

The ordinary large pumpkin’s health and piece odds above belong to a different target. The Mega Pumpkin’s current blueprint finish pool rolls Stellar or Kyber.

Work through the Chopper rewards in order

Each reward has its own progress bar. Claiming a reward consumes that step’s requirement and carries any extra progress into the next goal. The first costume takes 75 progress; finishing all four goals takes 450 progress in total.

A Galactic piece contributes 1 progress, a Stellar piece 2 and a Kyber piece 3. That means the first costume takes 75 Galactic hand-ins, 38 Stellar hand-ins or 25 Kyber hand-ins if you use only one finish. Mixed hand-ins add together.

The shared event reward popup displays your claimed reward for 7 seconds.

After the four goals, every further 50 progress pays 3 Nova Crystals. There is no claim cooldown, with up to 500 claims and 1,500 Nova Crystals from this repeatable track.

Reaching all 500 repeatable claims takes another 25,000 progress after the four goals, or 25,450 progress from the start.

With the Event Pass, Galactic, Stellar and Kyber hand-ins give 2, 4 and 6 progress respectively.

The Event Pass costs 300 V-Bucks and doubles event progress. Its configured boost bonus is +50%. The repeatable reward stays 3 Nova per claim; the pass helps you reach each claim sooner.

The event boosts your regular earnings too

While MNST4 Chopper is running, its event bonuses add +100% Credits and +100% Upgrade Chips, plus +1.0 to the Flawless multiplier. The 300 V-Bucks Event Pass raises those event bonuses to +150% Credits, +150% Upgrade Chips and +1.5 to the Flawless multiplier, while also doubling pumpkin progress.

These are the event’s bonus contributions. Your final earnings and Flawless chance also depend on the other bonuses in your build.

Eight Iconic droids get Halloween costumes

These are costumes for existing Iconic droids. They keep the parent droid’s income and companion ability. The costume is a separate cosmetic unlock; its reward also grants or records the parent if you have never collected it. The ordinary droid roster stays at 92 types and 673 finish entries.

What your Treats buy

Featured shows the Gonk-O-Ween Bundle and 6 featured offers, refreshed every 1h 00m 00s. The 6 offers come from the 13 Treat purchases also listed on the Iconic Costumes, Paints and Cosmetics pages; those category pages stay browseable between rotations.

At the normal daily maximum of 20 Treats, a 20-Treat hat takes one full day, a 60-Treat aura or BB-B0020 takes three, an 80-Treat costume takes four, a 100-Treat costume takes five, and Ghoulish Gonk Paint takes eight. The pumpkin reward and bundle can shorten that wait.

A purchase confirmation closes after 8 seconds; a failed-purchase message displays for 2.5 seconds. Bundle purchases also trigger Credit and Treat resource particles around your character, which are cleared after 10 seconds.

Instant Fusion Token is defined at 20 Treats, but it is not placed on any returned event-shop page in this build. The 13 category purchases and six featured selections are configured; live availability has not yet been observed.

Other Nova boost offers defined in the build

These four shared Nova boost offers are defined with the prices and durations below, but none is placed on a returned Gonk-O-Ween shop page in this build. Their definitions do not establish that this event shop sells them. The Nova Shop has its own boost offers.

What the Gonk-O-Ween Bundle changes

The Gonk-O-Ween Bundle costs 800 V-Bucks and is configured to unlock at Saturday, 3 October 2026, 20:00 UTC (Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific).

Its 2x Treats perk doubles eligible Treat earnings during the earning window and grants the matching bonus for eligible Treats earned before you bought it. With the perk, a complete ten-visit daily route pays 40 Treats instead of 20.
