Droidex is an independent fan-made Droid Tycoon tracker operated by DubHub. This policy explains how Droidex handles information when you use the website and its optional account and community features.

Droidex is not affiliated with Epic Games, Foad Zone, or the publisher of Droid Tycoon. Epic sign-in, if enabled, is used only to identify a Droidex account and does not give Droidex access to an Epic password.

Information we collect

• Website and technical data: standard server, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, and request logs.
• Anonymous audience counts: Droidex creates a random browser identifier and stores only its one-way hash on the server to count total views and unique visitors. The counter does not store which Droidex pages that browser viewed.
• Collection data: droids and collection statuses you choose to save. Before account sync is enabled, this data is stored locally in your browser.
• Account data: if you choose to use Epic sign-in after it becomes available, we may receive and store an Epic-provided account identifier and the limited profile information you authorize. We do not receive or store your Epic password.
• Community data: if chat rooms, trade requests, public profiles, or reporting tools are enabled, we collect the content and metadata you submit through those features, including messages, trade-request status, reports, and moderation records.
• Support communications: information you include when contacting us.

How we use information

We use information to operate Droidex; save and synchronize a user’s collection; provide requested community features; prevent fraud, abuse, and tampering; investigate reports; respond to support requests; and improve reliability and security.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may use infrastructure providers to host the website, database, authentication, security, and realtime features. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect Droidex and its users, enforce our rules, comply with applicable law, or respond to valid legal process.

Public and community content

Messages, trade posts, profile information, and other content you choose to make visible in a Droidex community feature may be seen by other users of that feature. Do not post personal contact details, financial information, passwords, Epic credentials, or other sensitive information. Trade requests are in-site coordination tools only; Droidex does not execute, guarantee, or control any in-game trade.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and moderation records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. Some information may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password for any account provider and protect your own devices and credentials.

Children

Droidex is not directed to children under 13. Do not use community or account features if you are under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Droidex, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Droidex changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
