Terms of Use

These terms cover:

• the Droidex website at droidex.dubtrackr.win, including its tracker, calculators, guides, account features, Trading Post, messages and other community tools
• Droidex Companion, our app on the Overwolf platform
• the Dubtrackr desktop app, our Windows app built on Overwolf's Electron platform, with Droidex Companion as its Droid Tycoon module
• Remove Ads, our optional subscription that turns off ads in the apps

In these terms, "Droidex" means all of them. By using Droidex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Droidex.

Droidex and the Dubtrackr desktop app are independent fan-made resources operated by Dubtrackr. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Fortnite, Disney, Lucasfilm, Foad Zone, or the publisher of Droid Tycoon. Overwolf provides the platform our apps run on and the ads in them, but Overwolf does not operate Droidex or Dubtrackr.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use account or community features. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in session and for protecting access to your Epic account and devices. Droidex never asks for your Epic password.

You can use the apps without an account. Linking an app to your account is optional, and each app links separately. Overwolf has its own terms for its platform, and they may set a higher minimum age.

The apps

You may install and use our apps on your own PC for your own play. This permission is personal to you and you can't transfer it. The apps read the Fortnite game window and some of Fortnite's own files on your PC to show you information, as the Privacy Policy explains. They don't change the game's files, and they don't play for you.

Don't copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the apps, or remove our notices from them, except where the law allows it. Overwolf's terms also apply to Droidex Companion and to the Overwolf parts of the desktop app.

We may update the apps and the game data they download. Some features need the current version.

Ads

Both apps show Overwolf ads. Overwolf chooses and serves them, and we don't endorse what they advertise. No ads show on a PC where the player said they are under 13. In the desktop app you can change your ad choices at any time in Settings › Ad privacy.

Remove Ads subscription

Remove Ads is optional. While your plan is active, it turns off the Overwolf ads in our apps. It doesn't unlock features, give in-game items or change how the apps read the game. Everything else in Droidex works the same without it.

Who you buy from. Remove Ads is sold through Tebex, Overwolf's payment partner. Tebex takes your payment and handles billing under its own terms. We never see your card or payment details. To buy a plan, you need to be old enough to make the purchase where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Plans and price. There are monthly, quarterly (every 3 months) and yearly plans. The app and the Tebex checkout show the current price before you pay. We may change the plans or their prices. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.

Renewal. A plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and Tebex charges you for the next one, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history, or from the Manage button in the app. Cancelling stops future charges. Ads stay off until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your Droidex account or uninstalling an app does not cancel a plan.

Refunds. We don't run a separate refund policy. Refunds follow Tebex's terms for the purchase and Overwolf's rules for app subscriptions, as well as any rights the law where you live gives you. To ask for a refund, contact Tebex about your payment, or email us and we'll help you reach the right place.

Where your plan works. In Droidex Companion, your plan belongs to the Overwolf account you were signed in to when you bought it. Ads are off on any PC signed in to that Overwolf account.

If ads still show. The apps turn ads off only once they can confirm your plan. If a check fails, ads may show until a later check succeeds. If your plan is active and ads keep showing, email us.

Acceptable use

Use Droidex lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or exploit other users
• post personal, financial, credential, illegal, infringing, or malicious content
• spam, manipulate listings or audience metrics, evade moderation, or create abusive accounts
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape protected assets, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service
• tamper with the apps, their ads or the Remove Ads check
• use Droidex to break Epic's, Fortnite's or Overwolf's rules
• use Droidex to arrange prohibited real-money sales, account sales, credential sharing, or scams

Trading Post and community features

Droidex only helps users communicate about possible in-game trades. It does not hold items, process payments, verify inventory, guarantee a trade, or control what happens inside Fortnite. Never send money, credentials, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information to another user. You accept the risk of community interactions and should report suspicious conduct.

Season ladder and profile badges

Participation in a Droidex season is subject to the published season rules. Droidex may reject, quarantine, reverse, or invalidate activity when evidence is duplicated, inconsistent, outside the scoring window, technically impossible, manipulated, or otherwise violates those rules. Leaderboard participation must be enabled for public ranking and final placement. This control is separate from profile page visibility, so a private profile page can still participate. A leaderboard entry shows the player's display name, rank, and score. Season badges are community recognition only, have no cash value, and do not provide Fortnite items or a gameplay advantage.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Droidex limited permission to store, display, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate the feature you chose. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Public posts, including announcement comments and replies, and public profile details may be visible to other users.

Moderation and enforcement

Dubtrackr may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, or report conduct when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk.

Game data and availability

Droidex aims to provide useful, reviewed data, but game values, schedules, features, and third-party services can change without notice. Community previews and uncertain facts are labeled where practical. Verify important in-game decisions against the current game version. Droidex may change, interrupt, or discontinue features, including features of the apps.

Intellectual property

Droidex and Dubtrackr branding, the apps, original interface, copy, data organization, and code are protected by their applicable rights. Third-party names, game references, and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for this fan-made resource. These terms do not grant permission to copy protected Droidex assets or misuse third-party marks.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Droidex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dubtrackr does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data or screen reading, successful trades, search ranking, or any particular game result. To the extent permitted by law, Dubtrackr is not responsible for indirect losses, lost game progress, missed events, community disputes, or actions taken through third-party services.
