What does the Droid Tycoon v1.25.1 hotfix change?

It brings back a missing Lounge Slot, attempts to fix low critical damage, and applies the new v1.25 Rebirth critical rewards retroactively. The v1.25.2 follow-up says some players may still deal less critical damage until their next Super Rebirth.
